TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATION PLC Proposed a Final Dividend of N1.60 Kobo (One Naira Sixty Kobo) per ordinary share, subject to shareholders’ approval and appropriate withholding tax deduction, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Monday, April 27, 2026 . This, when combined with the Interim Dividend of 40 kobo per share paid on August 19, 2025, will bring the Total Dividend for the 2025 financial year to N2.00 per ordinary share.
