A Final Dividend of 45 kobo for every share of 50 kobo, subject to the necessary approvals and applicable withholding tax.
Eligible shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Thursday, the 30th day of April, 2026 will receive the dividend on 25th of May 2026.
