The company has declared a Final Dividend of 12 kobo for every share of 50 kobo, subject to the necessary approvals and applicable withholding tax.
Eligible shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on May 12, 2026 will receive the dividend on May 25, 2026.
